Registration Procedure

Registration takes place in Authorised Cambridge ESOL centre during the registration period. Please bring your passport.

You can also register online:

1. Make sure you are available during the examination period and familiar with Cambridge ESOL Summary Regulations or a full version of Regulations.

2. Complete the online application form. (All the documents will be sent to your account):

1. Individual Entry Form
2. Group Entry Form

3. Pay the fee in the bank. Please note, that if a candidate is under 18, only his parent is eligible to pay the fee. In case of a group entry form, it is a school administrator or a teacher who is eligible to pay for the group.

4. Sign the contract in Cambridge Centre. Please note that only a person who paid the fee (over 18) is eligible to sign the contract. Please bring the bank receit and passport with you.

5. If you cannot come to Cambridge Centre during the registration period, send us the following documents by email (exams@bkc.ru), fax ((495) 988 41 26) or post:

1) Individual Entry Form/Group Entry Form (you do not have to send a form if you complete the online application form)

2) A copy of the bank receit

3) A copy of the signed contract with your details Send us 2 signed copies of the contract to the following address: Cambridge Centre BKC-IH, Office 301, Bolshaya Nikitskaya street 24/1, building 5, Moscow 125009, Russian Federation.

6. If a candidate does not have a passport or any ID with a photo, he should complete Candidate Identification Form at their secondary school.

7. Where possible, Cambridge ESOL Centre makes provision for disabled candidates. Enquiries about this service should be made in advance.

After registration

5-6 weeks after the final date of registration you will receive your individual timetable with the dates, venues and times of each part of the examination. If you have any queries, please contact us at exams@bkc.ru

Examination results are posted on Cambridge ESOL website approximately 6-8 weeks after the exams. The instructions how to access the results and login details will be sent to each candidate by email or post. Please note that centres do not give information about the results by phone.

Successful candidates can collect their certificate in our office approximately 5 weeks after receiving Statement of Results. Please bring your ID with you. Candidate from regions will receive their certificates by post. The availability of certificates in our centre can be checked on our website.
